Combine Shipment
If you have applications from multiple forms and wish to combine into a single shipment, use this option. USPS First Class Mail & FedEx available. All orders must be submitted on the same day within the same hour. 5 item maximum. This button must be selected on ALL apps you wish to combine. If one or more applications have processing errors, items will be shipped separately. If FedEx services are selected, only 1 FedEx payment is required for shipment.
ABKC is not the direct shipper of FedEx services. Therefore ABKC is not responsible for delays and/or lost packages once it leaves the ABKC Office. I understand that I must contact FedEx directly in order to initiate a claim on packages. This disclosure includes inclement weather, acts of nature, acts of God, but is not limited to other FedEx disclosures found on their website directly.
