I understand that I MUST upload the signed PDF Litter App if all owners DO NOT LIVE in the same household (Sire & Dam Owner(s)). If my application is submitted without the PDF, I understand additional delays and penalty fees will occur.

ABKC is not the direct shipper of FedEx services. Therefore ABKC is not responsible for delays and/or lost packages once it leaves the ABKC Office. I understand that I must contact FedEx directly in order to initiate a claim on packages. This disclosure includes inclement weather, acts of nature, acts of God, but is not limited to other FedEx disclosures found on their website directly.
