I understand if I submit this application without the breeder's signatures, white-out, cross-outs, or any alterations on the pup paper, an additional process (ABKC affidavit) is required and additional fees will occur.

ABKC is not the direct shipper of FedEx services. Therefore ABKC is not responsible for delays and/or lost packages once it leaves the ABKC Office. I understand that I must contact FedEx directly in order to initiate a claim on packages. This disclosure includes inclement weather, acts of nature, acts of God, but is not limited to other FedEx disclosures found on their website directly.
